Born september 27, 1982 in Osaka japan

guitar player, arranger and composer, studies music at the An Music School ok Kyoto with Takumi Seino (Guitar) Yasushi Nishino (guitar) Toshikatsu Kojima (guitar) Keiichi Ishibashi (bass).
Since then he composes for his own band and collaborates to many other.(Mi-bemol Saxophone Ensemble, A slice of life/Kazumi Totaka, Cas GB/Georges Beckerich…)

2005: moves to France.
2006: joins the Cas G.B. and contributes to St.Maur Jazz Festival
2006: releases first CD “Life”
2008: wins first price at the Colombier Jazz Springboard.
2008: takes part at the St.Maur Jazz Festival with the Cas G.B.
2009: joins the uprising band “the Nightingales” in numerous concerts such as Lille’s Zenith, 35000 audience outdoor concert of Issy Les Moulineaux …outstanding success leads to several national TV and radio shows (M6, France3, mona FM, NRJ).
2009: at the same time he creates the “Tomohiro Maeda Paris Connection” with trumpet Georges Beckerich and drums Toups Bebey and tours troughout Japanese and Corean mythical stages
2009: features at the festival of St Rémy les Chevreuses”Jazz à toute heure” with “Tomohiro Maeda Paris Connection”
and to the Maison de la Culture du Japon in Paris.
2009: contributes with band “Shake” to the Nice Jazz Festival and Amiens Jazz Festival.
2010: Japan tour as Michina & Tomo.
2010: France Tour with Nightingales
2010: 2nd Japan tour as Michina & Tomo.
2011: Japan tour with Sugami (vo) “Farewell To Summer Tour 2011”.
2011: Concert in Luxembourg as Tomohiro Maeda Paris Connexion.
2012: Japan tour with Sugami (vo) “Tour 2012”.
2013: releases second CD “Loop City” by Selective Records.
2013: makes up Et Vie Danse with Shu Okuno(mime) and Leo Komazawa. Concerts in paris at l’Auguste Théâre, la Maison de la Culture du japon à Paris, théâtre Clavel and Japan Tour 2013

Time being Tomohiro Maeda lives in Paris and plays with international musicians.
